I just spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved the suite with the private pool. it felt like my own little paradise. The spa was amazing with a fantastic massage and a soothing body scrub, which helped me unwind completely. The only hiccup was the unfriendly taxi driver on my way to the airport, but it didn’t take away from my wonderful experience! 😊

great family experience but some minor improvements needed

The staff truly excelled in making us feel special, anticipating our toddler's needs and treating him like family. The mini-suite we stayed in was pristine, with soft linens and a very comfortable bed. The variety at breakfast was impressive, allowing us to explore Moroccan cuisine right from the start! The garden views were peaceful, giving us a lovely backdrop during our stay.

The location is a bit remote, necessitating a 15-minute shuttle to reach the heart of the city.

The atmosphere here is calm and the staff truly shine with their attentiveness. Our room, a spacious Mini-suite with Garden or Terrace, had a lovely view and provided comfort throughout our stay. We spent most afternoons lounging by the fantastic pool, which had luxurious loungers. The food offered a variety of delicious dishes, especially from the Moroccan menu. I particularly appreciated how the dining staff checked in with us, making sure we had an enjoyable meal. However, the shuttle service could be improved. Although it’s free and schedules were mostly adhered to, the drop-off and pick-up points in Marrakech felt a bit sketchy, especially returning late at night. Another downside was the breakfast. While the options seemed promising, the overall quality didn't meet my expectations. Having to ask for basics like milk and tea could be streamlined too. I enjoyed a great massage at the spa, but I felt the hotel could put more thought into details overall.

Staying in a Prestige Room with Private Terrace offered stunning Atlas or pool views right from my balcony. The hotel grounds are a serene escape, dotted with olive trees and vibrant Bougainvillea, creating a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Unfortunately, the hotel sits a bit outside the city center, so you'll want to rely on the shuttle service or rent a vehicle for convenience. Additionally, the linear drains in the bathroom seemed to emit a questionable odor, even with frequent cleaning, which I found off-putting. the air fresheners they provided didn’t mesh well with my preference for a more natural scent. Lastly, I noticed some inconsistencies in the breakfast offerings. having more English variety could enhance the experience for everyone.

This place suits me perfectly! The outdoor swimming pool, free wi-fi. I remember my first visit when the staff helped with my bags! Highly recommend this oasis for relaxation. I'm coming back for a business trip.

The staff were exceptional, ensuring every detail was taken care of, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with an impressive selection. The spa treatments were the highlight of my trip, providing the perfect relaxation after a lively day in the Medina. It would be great if there were more varied dinner options available, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
